 While snow is covering our roofs again, our friends from SimTimes and SimsNieuws have published an unexpected news: according to Dutch retailer Bart Smith, The Sims 3 Showtime will be the last EP for The Sims 3.UPDATE: SimsNieuws has just tweeted that the Dutch word for "last" and "latest" is the same, so the flyer could also be interpreted as "The latest EP for The Sims 3". We'll see! :) Bart Smit is well-known for being a reliable source of information about titles and release dates for expansions and games, so the release of this news leaves us quite puzzled. For the records, a flyer about Showtime promotes the EP as "the last one for The Sims 3".EA Games has never talked about a last expansion pack, while they did for The Sims 2 Apartment Life, so at least for now, this can only be labeled as a rumor or a mistake of Bart Smit. Anyhow, we'll be on our toes. Ps. in the meantime, The Sims Italy published on Facebook a few renders of some items of The Sims 3 Showtime! |
