  • There isn't a new neighborhood, but the weather/seasons will be available in any world, both custom and official, except for World Adventure's locations.
  • Each season has its own weather effects and festivities, like the hot-dog competition, the pumpkin carving, the egg hunt and much more. There is no Christmas tho.
  • Sims can now swim in the ocean and use the diving board. They can also get a tan and get sunburned.
  • During the winter, Sims can snowboard.
  • Sims will be able to play soccer, or better, kick penalties.
  • Sims can get sunburned, catch a cold or even freeze to death. They can also be struck by a lightning.. basically the same "side effects" of The Sims 2 Seasons.
  • You can customize the duration of each season.
  • It will be added the Blueprint Mode, that allows you to place pre-made rooms and then edit them.
  • There will be new CAS items, including snow outfits and halloween costumes.
  • Sims can learn to snowboard and play soccer (penalties). These are new skills.
  • There will be two new traits for those who love the cold and the heath.
  • Aliens are back! They can have a part time job at the Science Facility as "Test Subjects".
  • There are new romantic interactions like kissing under the mistletoe, sending love letters and using online dating sites.
  • There are new harvestable and recipes (pumpkins, french fries).
  • Sims can freeze to death.
