Just trying to make things clearer after all the news published in the past weeks, the first Sims 3 stuff packs is about loft furnishing and modern design. The title of the stuff pack is different for each country, such as "Loft" in Italy, "Luxus" in Germany, "High End Loft" in the US and the UK.
Today, anyhow, a couple of official screenshots have been released, and they give us quite a preview of what we will find in this stuff pack. The release date is Februrary 5th 2010.
